  There are many famous people who have flirtatious personalities.  Some of them have been on the top-ten lists of sexiest men of their time and all of them have one thing in common; they have captured our attention through the flirtatious signals they give off to a crowd at large.  It doesn't matter that we somehow feel their energy is directed at us and for us.

  Bill Clinton, with his soft southern accent and the way a smile always plays around his mouth, is one of the famous flirting personalities.  George Clooney consistently flirts his way through the media circus that follows him.  His laid-back attitude is punctuated with the most dazzling smile that lights up his entire face, and the smile seems to be meant just for you.
